The Pilates For Bodies levels are

  • Just a little difficult.
  • •• A little harder.
  • ••• Pretty serious.
  • •••• Challenging.

See the procedures page for help deciding what level to start with. These levels are only guidelines and we realize that you might have to come when it fits into your schedule.

Also, there are these specialty time time slots.

  • Meditation: Before the morning classes, there is a 15 minute optional meditation. If you arrive early and see people lying quietly, then you are welcome to grab a mat and pillow and join in.
  • Simply Stretching: You won't find inversions or Chaturangas here. Just simple healthy stretching. Currently offered Tuesday and Friday evenings.
  • Workout with Live Drumming: Live drumming will bring a new intensity to your workout. If you have a dance background, you don't want to miss this. Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. Please consider bringing a donation for our percussionist, Albert.
  • Nia: Every other Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Next class: May 19. Call Kelly at (916) 595 - 0539 for more info.
  • 5Rhythms: First Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. For more info: contact Margaret at 5rhythmsdavis@gmail.com.
