It's getting better all the time!
Welcome to Pilates For Bodies. Please take a couple minutes to read over this website, because there is useful information here. Please see the Procedures for advise about what level to start with and about the reservations policy. Please take a look at our blog to learn more about the nature of our workout.
Pilates For Bodies is an active and vigorous group workout for strengthening and toning the entire body. Like traditional Pilates, we have plenty of exercises for the core, but here we go beyond the core and include weight training, balance work and aerobic movement, for whole body fitness. We offer many sessions each week, so that you can come often and get adequate training to see results. The workout is offered in four levels, so there is a level for you. Check out our reasonable rates.

The Exercises
Some exercises in Pilates For Bodies target and isolate specific muscles, particularly the muscles important to your appearance. Other exercises use your muscles as a complete system, integrating numerous muscles into a single movement, in order to challenge your control and command of your body.

Our Studio
You'll love our bright space, with lots of natural light, and a sprung floor on one inch foam pads and one inch plywood. We installed this high quality floor in order to minimize the wear and tear on our patron's bodies. We workout in socks or bare feet. Thick high quality mats are provided for core work.
